PRACTICAL INFORMATION

RECEPTION
The reception is open 24 hours a day and can be reached on telephone number +31 070 262 9333 or number 900 from your hotel room. It is not a problem if you want to arrive late in the evening. Our night staff is happy to assist you. If the connecting door is closed, just press the bell.

• Check-In                     The room is available at 15:30. Would you like to arrive earlier? Then we advise to make use of our so-called pre-check-in. This means you check in before 15:30 at the reception, leave your luggage in our luggage room and when you return to the hotel you only need to pick up the room key. 
• Check-Out                  You can check out until 11:00 and hand in your key at the reception. If applicable, we will settle the bill with you at that time.
• WIFI                            Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. You only need to connect with the network “Andante Guest”. If you stay in the villa, you will need a password. You can obtain the current password from the reception.

FOOD&BEVERAGE

• Breakfast                    Andante Hotel offers a small but fresh breakfast buffet in the lobby of the hotel. The breakfast is between 7.30-10.30.This consists of two different type of breads, croissants, ham, cheese, and fresh fruit. This can be booked directly online or with our reception for €8,50 per adult and €6,00 for children age 5 till 8 years old. Would you rather go outside? In Scheveningen and The Hague are multiple great restaurants that offer a nice breakfast. Our 24-hour reception can help you choose anytime!
• Bar/Lounge                Our attractive bar / lounge is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00. Here you can relax after a pleasant day while enjoying a drink.
• Food shop                  We offer a wide variety of sweet snacks and drinks.Our food shop is open 24 hours a day.

HOUSEKEEPING
During your stay, our Housekeeping team will clean your room every third day. If you need anything for the room in between, please notify reception.

Pets                            Pets are welcome in our hotel. However, we kindly ask you to inform the reception before arrival about the arrival of your pet. We charge a one-time fee of € 25 for pets. Please note that we allow one pet per reserved room. 

Age                            A booking can only be made for guests where there is at least one person 18+.
 

Transport                   A great way to discover Scheveningen and the surrounding area is by bicycle. You can rent a bicycle at the reception for € 16 per day.

Would you rather go by public transport? In the tram itself you can buy day tickets and 2-hour tickets. Another option is to 'check-in' in the bus or tram with your private payment card. This can either be a debit or creditcard.

Wheelchair accessible
Unfortunately, the rooms in the hotel are, due the size of the rooms and the absence of a lift in the villa building, not wheelchair accessible. Please call our 24/7 reception for all the advise that is needed before booking your room.
